Ordered four locker units and all four arrived damaged. The boxes were beat up with corners busted open, and once opened, many of the metal pieces inside were loose and not properly packaged to begin with. This led to extensive scratching across the lockers, along with several noticeable dents, likely from shipping. The lockers themselves could have been great, but the packaging and handling completely missed the mark. I was offered a 20% refund, which doesn’t feel appropriate given the condition of all four units. Attached is a few of the 30+ photos I took to cover all the damage across the four units. Disappointed overall.
