showed up dented and scratched. Cheap flimsy metal. Takes about two hours to assemble. So many screws. Screws also stick out on tray, making the area unusable.

The cart itself is sturdy and looks just like the pictures. We are satisfied with our purchase and think these carts will last a long time. The instructions to put them together on the other hand are absolutely terrible. Make sure you understand how to use locking nuts and put the tray with the two extra holes in the side (which is for the handle) on the top, not the middle. I recommend putting them together laying down on their sides on the floor, not standing up, as the first thing they have you do is put the wheels on - so you have to try to screw in the vertical corners while holding up the tray in the middle. Unless you have three or four hands, laying them down on their side is the only way to do this.
