Not happy with the item too much trouble to return

Easy to assemble and it’s perfect for my needs. I didn’t give five stars because there were a few areas where the paint was missing or uneven, resulting in a slightly rusted appearance. However, I will use this at work and so the aesthetics are not as important as they might be otherwise. 

I use this rack in my kitchen for all of my different sauces/spices and it works well, however, it could use sturdier wheels.

The sides of this cart are held upright by the shelves inserted between them. I was initially skeptical of the design but found the cart to be very sturdy and it holds a lot of weight. The only problem is that the shelves are so close together that I can’t fit laundry detergents and other bottles on any shelf except the the top. I’ll need to remove the second or third shelf in order to have more than one useable shelf.
