Ordered this for Easter for us and our 4 kids. Did a fair amount of research and landed on this from Wayfair - deal seemed really good to me, paid 3600 I think. Delivered in a week and the guys in the truck put it in my back yard with a little grease. Can’t complain. We fired it up with the plug and play but eventually wired it to 40 amp. I can’t really say how it did with the 120v but with the 40 amp it’s awesome. I guess I can see how people says the jets aren’t strong enough but they’re plenty for us. We turn them down mostly anyway. Had damage to a panel but Dreammaker sent a new one no questions asked. Make sure you email them bc they don’t answer the phone. Time will tell but we are living it so far. Can’t beat it for the money - I’m in Chicago so hope it lasts with the winters. I thought the directions were fine. No issues.

This served us better than our pool – when it’s chilly it brings warmth-more compliments from guests, we enjoy this more than the pool lol

Weve had this hot tub a year and a half and a month ago, the circuit board completely went out. Not happy that a hot tub that costs this much only lasted a year and a half, not even quite that long.
