I ordered the painted one. It arrived on time in good packaging so it was undamaged. It comes in two pieces 1) the address plate and 2) the lighthouse and you join them up with 2 screws. I haven't put it up yet but it is well made and is very solid (and heavy). Looks as good as it does on the WEB site so we are very happy with it.
