Beautiful- delivery was excellent. a little out of round, so the tray that holds the rocks needed to be molded to fit the pit. But a little problem for such a beautiful fire pit.

I could give this a zero I would. Unit showed up missing the 18” stainless steel burner, the adjustable valve, and the key. No replacement but refund offered so now have 320 lb skid on my patio until pick up and then get refund.

We wanted a fire pit sized so that it didn't take over the area of our patio space but provided the social gathering focal area to enjoy and the size and configuration of the 36" bowl did just that. We had a natural gas line run under ground from our basement, so the gas supply is forceful enough to give a hearty fire. Didn't like the appearance of the crushed lava rock included so we swapped that out for small fire stones 2-3"size. We just finished installation in the fall so we are looking forward to the cool nights of spring in Chicago to enjoy gathering around the fire. We also purchased 4 swivel rockers on Wayfair that are sturdy and comfortable and we will probably will add some cushions. I am having a removable metal table top made to cover the pit for summer that will give us a sort of coffee table effect to use and keep the rain water from puddling in the otherwise strong canvas cover with rain or snow. Delivery was great, the crew carried 300lb. crate to the yard from our driveway. Since the patio was not finished yet at that time, we used several pieces of PVC pipe to roll to its final location. would highly recommend!

I ordered this fire pit in April for the full price. I received it late and had it installed by a processional gas fitter which cost me $800 .. the first time I lit it after 10 minutes it started spitting hot lava rocks from the pit … onto the glass patio doors and all over the deck. I called the installer and he said it might be the rocks got wet during transportation. So I left it over a week and even dried it with a hairdryer. I tried it again after drying it out over a week and same things. I videoed it and sent pictures to Wayfair. They said they’d send me another one by 9 th July. It’s now the 26 th July and not even a tracking number to say it’s been shipped. So I got in touch with them and requested a cancellation and refund. I will by one locally. I have now had a notification that the replacement was cancelled by me and no mention of a refund …. I’ve been a very good customer for 20 years and the difference in customer service is terrible. They’ve had over 3 months of o my money ( over $3000 plus installation and tips etc and I have nothing, except my place could have burned down. ) I’m not adding more photos because I’ve already done that twice. Either send me a replacement in the next week or give me a refund. Next I will go to better business bureau and everywhere else I can think of. Suzanne Owen
