Disappointed that the propane tank does not fit inside the box. Love the look of it. We will try to return this one for a fire pit that will house the tank

Excellent fire pit. Easy set up. Puts out a lot of heat.

The the fireplace came damaged. Customer service took care of the issue. I love the size of the fireplace.

It looks very nice but the thing I don’t like is the propane tank is out on the side where you could see it in the hose I thought it would be inside so you don’t see it

This was the most disappointing purchase I have ever made. This fireplace is nothing more than what an electric grill would generate for heat. The flames are only 2-3” high and you do not feel the heat from the fireplace unless you are standing very close to it. Definitely disappointing and not worth the expense. Strongly not recommended.
