The glass bowl of the birdbath arrived terribly broken! The packaging box was not marked “Glass” or “Fragile”. I contacted Customer Service online and chatted online with a rep. The rep was terrific and assisted me with the process of getting a replacement for the damaged item. Hope the replacement arrives undamaged.

This birdbath fits perfectly over our railing, overlooking the lake and next to the hummingbird feeder! The birds had been using the moat on the feeder for water. Now they have a proper bathing area!

A beautiful shade of blue ! I would like to order one more blue bowl insert. Mine froze over the winter. Thank you .

The first time I ordered the screw was stripped on the mounting bracket. The second bracket we received fit the railing perfectly. However, after about an hour in the sun the foam rubber pads softened and the bracket turned loose breaking the bowl. I would not recommend this bird bath.

Love this piece! Added a solar fountain and the bubbles look spectacular through the glass.
