Everest Blanca Natural Marble Landscaping Rock Pebbles, 1-2 in. (55 Bags, 40 lbs/Bag)

The product arrived on time but was not what we anticipated. So, I called to schedule a return of the rock. We spent almost 900.00 on these bags of rock and they made us pay almost 150.00 to return the rock! On the day the delivery truck was to come and reload the rock back up, I waited 5 hrs for the truck to arrive and it never showed up. When I called they told me I didn't have an appointment, when I did!!! They scheduled another pick up and they didn't bring a hand jack to pick up the pallet of rock!!!! The last time I called to reschedule again, I specifically told them to NOT forget to tell the driver to make sure they brought a jack. The next driver called on the way, we asked if they had a jack and they didn't have one either but they went back and got one!!! If they had looked at the order, it showed that the rock literally weighed tons! How could you not realize that you would need one?!?!? They blamed Wayfair for not telling them that they needed one! AND Wayfair STILL charged us 150.00 for the return!!! So, trust me we won't be buying anymore big purchases like that again!!! Too big of a headache and too expensive to return if we end up not liking!!! I really feel they did us bad, considering how their customer service left me waiting for them for over 4 hrs, then another 4 hrs without hand jack, almost did it again but I was really mad so they turned around and got a jack! So, after that terrible customer service I don't feel like I should've had to pay 150.00 in shipping fees, when they should've had to pay me for over 8 hrs of waiting for THEIR mistakes!!!

Rock is really nice. But within 2 weeks it started turning yellow.
