This awning is exactly what we wanted for our very hot deck on our house! It is very well made--very sturdy and it has high quality fabric. The installation was very straight forward--we had our awning up in about an hour. The video provided by the company makes the installation very, very easy. We are now able to use our deck when the sun is directly shining on it. Great product! I will be recommending it to our friends.

Well packaged for shipping. Shipping was timely and the delivery crew were helpful. Not bad instructions but lacking some measurements. One arm had a little damage from the factory but not enough to be a problem. Installation was straight forward. Overall it seems a good mid range product. There are many lower price options but are generally considered too flimsy for long term use. There are a number of much more expensive options as well but hard to judge if they are truly worth the price differential.

This is a huge heavy awning- the quality is very good!!

I very rarely write reviews... But, I was totally blown away when I came home from work and my awning was on my deck. My deck it very high off the back of my house and you must go up stairs to gain access to my deck. I never requested that the awning be delivered to my deck, but it was a great surprise! and I am so thankful to Wayfair and their team for doing a splendid job.
