This wood patio lean to hard top pergola arrived very quickly with the boxes in good condition. I am now waiting for replacement parts as some of the parts required for assembly were missing from the packaging. Customer service has been responsive and I anticipate receiving the parts soon and will assemble the product

I give this a five star review! It was time-consuming to put together and we did make a few modifications not out of necessity, but because we have an odd shaped concrete pad. Seems to be fairly durable and hoping that it will hold up well in the weather. As expected, it took three people to assemble.

This has been a journey putting this together. First impression was a bit surprised opening the box the wood was very very orange. Next, directions are sparse to say the least. If you are not handy at building in any way, I would not recommend. Next, we had a support piece that was completely messed up, I will attach picture because it goes right in the front middle for support. The piece was not only cut incorrectly but wood puttied all over. The quality control is horrendous. We were missing 30-40 important screws but fortunately we keep random building materials around and were able to make do with what we had at home. The roofing material was all in good shape. The wood materials were puttied in places that were important at joints and seams that go together. I am really hoping this does hold up like they claim because it is in northern PA with some harsh winters. It does not feel super sturdy. Hope this helps someone. I have been wanting one of these for a long time and am happy but a little disappointed in quality.
