I received my order but it is not new. The Pole "B" is bent at bottom. The pole holder "F1-3" is already in stand. The turning knob "C" is inside pole and can't get out. I have been waiting for this and have never been so upset. 1pic is bent bottom, 2pic cap already in place.

The price was right and the stand is so heavy it will take a high wind to move it. In addition to being heavy it is also quite attractive.

They are nice chairs but several screws & washers were missing and I had to go to the hardware store to buy missing parts. Assembled pretty easy but chairs do not stand even and wobble. They are ok when sitting on them though. I guess you get what you pay for.
