It’s been less than a year and this snapped happened out of nowhere. No crazy winds, no crazy weather. It was super dangerous. Wayfair wiped their hands from it because it didn’t happen within the first 30 days of purchase. Called the manufacturer and their mailbox is full. I’m trying to email them now but I need a SKU number and Wayfair doesn’t have it since it’s out of stock..THE WORST service I’ve experienced lately.

Beautiful and high quality umbrella! The color is a true navy and the white trimmed scallops create a very high end look that coordinates with our polywood teak colored furniture with navy and white stripped cushions perfectly! This is the second umbrella I’ve ordered and I like it so much I might buy a back up.

Chic. But it it doesn’t have adequate wind venting and no matter how heavy the base I bought, it kept blowing over. So fine if you never need to use it on a breezy day.

Lovely umbrella.. This is perfect on our patio. The only awkward thing is the pole is brown. I did deduct one star for some brown marks on the umbrella but not enough to return it.
