Packing was great. I like how it is made and that it is only 20 pounds. I havent used it yet but I think that it is going to work out just fine. I love it.

Do not buy this. The fact that this costs what it does is a total scam. It started disintegrating after a year. Literally flaking apart.

Arrived damaged, huge chip on one corner. I took a partial refund, although I’d prefer a replacement. I’m just unwilling to return this one, should that be required. It’s pretty light weight and packed in lots of mangled styrofoam, and the box did not appear damaged, so I presume this happened in packaging. EDIT. It’s one year later, and now I’m dissatisfied with this bird bath. I chose it for the design, I like the square modern lines. But over the winter it had suffered a lot of damage. Concrete birdbaths I’ve owned in the past held up nicely thought out many winters outdoors. This one has already started to chip heavily and looks like the one that was damaged in shipment. Perhaps it would hold up better in a mild climate. Here in Ohio, I call it trash, even though our winter was relatively mild.

Great looking bird bath! It holds a gallon of water and the birds love it. It’s easy to tip and clean as well. I added a solar fountain.
