After a month long delay, the painted steel bench arrived in excellent condition and well packaged. Assembly was straight forward. After assembly, the bench was placed on an outdoor patio. A brief rain shower occurred during the night and the next day, all of the numerous welds were coated in rust. Photographs were taken and included in an incident report that was filed on the company's website. A response has not been received yet and a resolution has not been suggested.
