Love my new Hot Tub! Took a long time to heat up but so far it’s great! UNTIL IT WASNT…. Had to have heater replaced (purchased in June, it’s end of August) and that heater stopped after 3 days. Very dissatisfied and hoping they make it right… waiting on customer service to respond to email! Now end of Nov. received no help and had to just throw it away! DO NOT BUY

We have had this hot tub for 5 months and it was good until just recently the seams started to let go. 2 have pin holes in them so we patched them but it still loses air. resulting in us having to blow it up every day. disappointed that it didn't last longer. Also its not eligible for replacement or refund.

Stopped heating in less tha6 months, hopefully of some kind of warranty suppose to be good for 1 year wouldn ot buy again, heater built into the the tub bad idea

Easy to assemble. Definitely not made for four people to fit. Fits two people nicely. The water temp will show 104 but doesn’t feel like it.
