The product is designed for residential applications. Stay warm and dry in your vehicle. This metal dual swing gates opener will handle dual swinging gates up to 26' in length and weigh up to 900 lbs. It has powerful 24V DC motors, which provide an exceptional starting torque and features a soft start/stop operation. This promotes longer gate and operator life, as well as dependable performance. No power? No problem! Optional built-in battery backup provides seamless operation of the gate operator and all DC control and sensing devices in the event of a power loss. To simplify installation, it may be installed at a low cost.

The Wiring for the second motor to the control box missing, .... the wiring for the solar panels was not included. I have not been able to complete the operation of my gate for fully operation... waiting on my contractor to find the appropriate wiring to complete project.
