Pleased overall. Order was delivered within estimated time frame. Came assembled. Very firm comfortable. A little lower to the ground than Id like (Im 64) but not a deal breaker. Great find.

Everything about this experience went extremely well. Starting with the communication of when the item will arrive, and the packaging which was so well done so it arrived in perfect condition. Since there was no assembly for this sectional, we were able to begin using it within moments of unpacking which was so satisfying. I also ordered the cover as our deck is surrounded by trees and it rains a lot where I live. I was super impressed with the quality of the cover as well. To top it all off, the cushions are supportive and comfortable!!! (which is always a concern buying sectionals without sitting in them first.) I highly recommend.
