Douche d'extérieur The Wall

I ordered this over a year ago to place in an outdoor shower we were contemplating. Well we finally got the shower done last summer and had this installed late last summer. I ran it once to make sure it worked and then in the fall turned off the water to it and planned on using it a lot this current beach season. Imagine my surprise a month ago when I turned the water back on and it was leaking all over the place. I had my plumber look at it and disassemble it looking for the problem(thinking surely there must be trash in the line) and was told it was incredibly rusty inside the valve compartment where the cartridge is. Well now I am out over $700 for this piece of junk since I will have to replace it. How can any reputable company sell something that is supposed to not rust and charge so much for it? I reached out to the manufacturer about the issue but have not received any response. Up until now I have been a strong believer in Wayfair but this experience will leave a very sour taste in my mouth for some time.

Clever design. Horizontal piece isn’t level; fixtures assembled level. Weird miss to have it ship that way. Cedar piece has inconsistent coloring. Shower head is very thin — water stream is somewhat perplexing as some come out sideways. Will update after the summer.

Love this upgrade to my outdoor shower, however for the money - the hand-held piece leaked at the point of insertion at the back of handle, this was quickly resolved with a new hand piece. The user should be careful of the onoff handle it has a sharp edge to it - maybe a little rough for small hands. It still is a winner. ❤️ Sorry - but 1 year later and this is junk - over 500 for this outside shower fixture the shutoff value is no good - I called both wayfair the manufacturer who never bothered to call back —- there are much better options at a lot more reasonable prices. I should have retuned it last year when I had issues from the beginning.
