Easy to put up and take down. But does require more than one person. Waterproof. Good material and sturdy. Looks very elegant once up. Do recommend.

Definitely durable and setup was easy, sweaty but easy. We used all the window walls for one side and one wall on the end. The blue water tubs are not included and something we had on hand. I would recommend using something similar for windy days. Make sure your have at least 3 people to help with setup and take down. All supplies fit in the bags provided. Setup took almost 2 hours, but the more help the better.

I had previously put 2 sets together with electrical conduit fittings tarps, so I had experience with tents. I went to price out another similar sized custom tent and this setup is similarly priced but is all complete. Assembly was a breeze, I really liked the locking mechanisms, everything felt strong and sturdy and it held up nicely through our first party, which was in the rain. This was setup for a total of 4 days and all was perfect, no issues. I loved how it even came with bags to fold and store everything when taken down.
