The color is off and it’s looks completely different once put together

I wish I could give 0 stars right now from my frustration. I hired two men to build this set and there were various things brought to my attention; 1. I am missing a whole arm piece for the three seat couch. 2. I am missing a back seat cushion although the pillow case did arrive. 3. There were pieces of the furniture coming off. 4. There were pieces of the cushion cover linen already out of place. 5. There was a stain on one of my cushion covers. I am not usually a complainer but due to the multitude of things wrong with this set, especially the missing arm piece, i reached out to customer service. I told them I was even willing to hire the men again to take this set apart and send it back so I can get a completely new set since I suspect this one was used before. Instead, they said they would be sending me the new pieces. Its been two weeks since my order arrived and I have gotten no pieces nor any updates. It's so frustrating because I made sure to buy my outdoor furniture set early so that visitors can sit outside now that it is getting nice and I can't even do that because I'm so embarrassed at the missing pieces. Customer service has been horrendous and they take no accountability.

The waterproof cushions are a lifesaver! Got caught in the rain last week, and they wiped clean easily.
