Spa 2 places en acrylique, prêt à l'emploi, avec ozoniseur, éclairage DEL, cascade et jets réglables, gris anthracite P000007346WFYYGL01

Absolutely no insulation. Panel fell off, barely put on. Glad it did tho otherwise I wouldn’t have known there wasn’t any foam insulation. Highly disappointed! Oh and the cover is just a glorified tarp! I highly do not recommend! This is in no way a true hot tub.

We're not as happy with this hot tub as we'd hoped to be. It seems to be made of quality materials, however, it's not very deep. We are 5'4" and 5'5" and the neck pillow is at the middle of our backs unless you slide down and then the jets don't hit your back. Also, the picture of the hot tub cover is very misleading. What you get isn't anything like the picture. You get a tarp (see photo). It's terrible. It's not insulated at all. It's basically a tarp you get at the hardware store only cut to fit the hot tub. We've searched and searched for a replacement cover and haven't been able to find one the size of this hot tub. If it weren't such a pain to return such a large item, we would return it. Knowing what we know now, we would definitely not have purchased this hot tub.

There is no service for this product … my tub does not work and has been sitting for 4 days super dissapointed in Wayfair they have completly dropped the ball

Poor instruction manual. Seems nice though. We will see how it works as time goes on

Exactly what I was looking for. Quiet, cheap to run, effortless controls.
