First time Wayfair has disappointed me. Tried to set up my new furniture today! I was worried when I unpacked my cushions… they were crammed into the pieces of rattan … folded over… a hot mess! Then when I finally got them unwedged this is what I’m dealing with! (See pictures)Not only the wrinkled mess but the strings hanging from the area where buttons are usu located on pillows! I’m afraid they will unravel! So disappointed!

For the value, this is an excellent patio set. Seats are nice and wide. Feels sturdy. Love that the table is a trunk that opens for storage for the cushions. Only complaint is the interior lining of the storage table was not sized to fit correctly & was too small. Took about 1.5 hours to assemble with 2 people. .

Well made, packaged very nicely and no issues with delivery. Very comfortable cushions and the look of this set make it a fantastic addition to our patio!
