12 pi. L 10 pi. D Pavillon de jardin en bois massif

Bought as a gift, and they loved it!

Happy with the finished product but confusing to assemble since some of the pieces were labeled with numbers different from those in the instructions

A challenge to put today. Set out a day for it. But looks nice and quite pleased with it.

When I opened the boxes, it was clear to make that either this was a return or whoever was in charge of packaging just didnt give a s!t. Half of the screwsbolts were strewn about inside the box. I had to remove all of the prices to fine the hardware. The box that houses a bunch of the hardware was damagedbroken open resulting in the screws bring strewn about. The bubble pack( cardboard with plastic holding the screws) with the screws on it was half empty . Several of the pieces were mis-numbered. It is no wonder we were missing so many prices of the hardware. The instructions are a bit of a pain in the . They are completely done in illustrations and in some cases you cannot see how certain prices line up. After much trial and error, we got it figured out. In the description it states that it is solid wood. Technically it is true since the legs were prices of wood that are formed together to make a 4.5x4.5 beam. I was expecting a solid 4x4. I didnt complain about anything except the missing hardware as I had to have the gazebo done prior to me being out of commission due to a surgery, so it was now or never. Well it it didnt get done because of the missing hardware. The gazebo has a temporary moon roof. Luckily, my son will finish it up for me when the hardware does makes its appearance, even though the tracking number said it would be delivered today. It is 741 pm at the time of writing this review. I havent even mentions the cracked cross pieces yet. I will be letting Wayfair know that those need a replacement too. I have bought multiple items such as tables, beds, carts and cabinets from Wayfair. This is the first time that I am completely disappointed with my purchase. If I didnt have to have it up before surgery, it would have gone back to them. I just did not have the luxury of time. The price was too good to be true. Update it is now the 24th of October. Replacement parts should have been delivered Oct 21. Yesterday, I Spent an hour or so speaking with customer service. When I asked them to provide more current information to track my missing parts I was told to reach out to FedEx. Cool, except that the tracking number provided was for another company. The CSR insisted that I reach out to FedEx and I was told that if the tracking number didnt work, then give the Wayfair order number. As expected neither worked. I tried to check the tracking number with the delivery partner that Wayfair had used but that is also impossible as they have been absorbed by another company. The provided tracking number doesnt work there either. After an hour, the CSR agreed to resend the replacement parts. Received an email shortly after saying that the parts were ordered. Hours later, I received 2 separate emails saying my parts are delayed. But zero information if it is the new parts or the first set of parts. I am so frustrated with this whole gazebo experience. This has not been typical of Wayfair but man, this is really leaving a sour taste in my mouth.

Love it
