The anchor strap is easily reached and can clip in place with ease. The mat is extremely lightweight and wipes clean with a damp cloth.

It is fairly light, and all you do is roll it out and put it on the water, and you are ready to go. It holds everyone, and all I can describe it as is a floating dock. You can lie in the sun while floating, you can jump off it, swim, and then get back on it. Our kids love it, our friends love it, and we love it. It's just a whole new experience and makes the beach even more fun. It is made well, is durable, and so easy to maintain. When you are done with it, roll it back up, secure it with its straps, and put it back into its bag. Honestly, we have never had so much fun in our lives! It takes beach day to a whole new level! Enjoy a drink, read a book, or dive in and out of the water; it's up to you! There is plenty of room for all your family and friends!

And big enough for 4 adults and 2 little kids, very easily. Sturdy enough to hold our weight and fun! Does have some weight to it, but the straps are helpful when carrying it. Really enjoyed it!!
