This is our second Hot Tub, the delivery was fast and as expected. The AquaRest DayDream 3500 set up was quick, we purchased the version with the steps and cover caddy which are both welcome additions and really make the hot tub stand out. We selected the Arctic White with black and it’s even more impressive when you see it. We completed the set up quickly, installed the caddy that took a few minutes to set up but went together smoothly, you will need a drill gun to assist. It lifts easy and is a real positive add on, verses lifting the cover off each time. The tub heated in about 15 hours running on 110 plug in. I would strongly recommend the product, it’s as advertised and then some.

Came damaged agua rest is giving me the run around, no call back asking for more pictures. You can see where nails were sticking up out of pallet into hot tub, lots of scratches pallet busted under it and only 2 green bands with shrink wrap holding to pallet no boards around it to protect it and just plastic bag around steps inside of tub.

There were a few minor manufacture flaws but nothing we were extremely worried about. This is not a high-end model, but for the price it is very high appealing . Ran 220 and heated up within several hours. Would recommend this item.

This was a perfect addition. I was not sure how I would feel about a plug in, however, it has been great. I knew we would be moving so I will have an electrician install at our next home. There have been no issues and no increase as far as the electric bill goes.

exactly what we wanted, great delivery and easy to set up! My husband uses it 2x a day, even in the Texas heat.
