Installed by plumber last summer. Properly drained and winterized. Opened up for the season last weekend and main valve leaking and not stopping. Definitely not worth the $.

We've had this shower for a year now and sadly, it needs to be discarded and replaced. We used it for a few months and it was great-and then it sprung leaks in both the faucet stem and shower head. Our plumber came and was able to repair the shower head leak but said that some internal parts were cracked, which did not bode well for it long term. Meantime, he would try to find a replacement for the handle cylinder. He contacted the manufacturer and has had no response. Rather than pay for multiple plumber visits with no guarantee that the product is going to last, we've decided to start over with another manufacturer.

In one year it blew though its welding. I want my money back or a replacement

Looks great. Our plumber is building our outdoor shower so as soon as he installs Ill repost with photos and a more detailed review. But so far it looks great! Works great too. Added photo.
