Absolutely LOVE the 80,000 BTU, ARC wok burner! For a home cook who wants to achieve "wok hei" without breaking the bank, this is a good option. The burner is portable and you can use a metal insert above the flames to create a flat, stable surface for a large pot (ie: deep fried turkey, see 3rd pic of the burner) or remove the metal ring and a wok fits fantastic. Good value, will last me forever.

Very happy with the quality of the product. I wish it had a pilot flame and self ignite. Price was reasonable.
