Gibraltar Cedar Drive-in, Top Mount, Mailbox Post, Natural Finish

It’s beautiful and easy to install (although I had to really bang the metal anchor into the Post. I’m going to have to take it out and use cement to secure it for long term because the ground here is really sandy.

I installed the post and it all went well. I would recommend it to others.

I bought this to mount a camera on actually near my backyard pond. Have caught plenty of raccoons, opossums, skunks, deer, mice, frogs, etc on camera, and we are in an urban downtown in NJ. This is the perfect size/shape for a rotating remote camera, in case anyone who needs this solution sees this. You can mount the camera underneath the long side and put the solar on top with velcro.

Really poor quality and overpriced for what you receive. It arrived splintered and uneven. It took about an hour of sanding before I could use it. Also, it is not made of cedar. It has a thin coat of cedar stain that comes off after a month or so to reveal lower grade wood.

Easy to set up and I’m sure the postman is happy now that I have a new mailbox. Hope it’ll take the abuse from the plow.
