The durability fluctuates each time I bought one. Sometimes it lasted a couple of seasons, other times it didn't hold up through just one season.

I have order 10 / 12 gazebo topped before and they always fit. This one was one4 inches short each way.

The quality was very good, but the way it was configured made it impossible to use on my Abba Patrio umbrella.

Was not what I thought it would be what I ordered . I sent it back and was charged $20 to ship back . I also have not seen a refund yet . I also went ahead and ordered another top worth over $300 . I hope it works

Product was as it was shown. Very good quality and sturdy, but not heavy. Easy to handle and to install. This canvas was a replacement to a different gazebo make and it met the standard we were looking for. Would buy again if/when needed.
