We love this umbrella color is beautiful it’s sturdy and is great on our deck would recommend to everyone it’s beautiful and also very easy to open and close. Love love love.

This is huge! Perfect size for above the hot tub, and it’s easy to open up and adjust the height.

This is a beautiful umbrella. The shade is perfect and the color is beautiful. I am completely satisfied. It was super easy to assemble too

I'm not sure what was worse, the umbrella or Wayfairs so-called customer service. The strap that was supposed to hold the crown of the umbrella to the pole was offset. On a rib, that even if it had lined up with the pole could not have been fastened to the pole because the rib was longer than the distance to the pole. After sending pictures to show that there was absolutely no way to attach the strap to the pole Wayfair suggested they could send us another strap that, I don't know, maybe we could sew to the umbrella. Finally they understood that wouldn't work and then said that to get a refund we had to box it up and drop it off at FedEx. Even though we explained that we had already recycled the box. This was Wayfairs problem. They sold an umbrella where the pole and the crown obviously did not fit together. it should be up to them to fix it. Well, at least they do not have to worry about this customer any more because I am never buying anything more from Wayfair. Very disappointed.
