There is a approximately a 3.5 inch section to the umbrella itself that was not caught in one of the seams. This issue is nothing that could have been discovered before attempting to open it. (and yes the box was in excellent condition upon delivery) So we are very disappointed to say the least. Wondering how this can be resolved. A new umbrella and pole, etc. Does this have to be shipped back? We were so eager to open and use TODAY! Alas we shall wait to see what Wayfair does.

I was disappointed to find that I needed to order the the base for each of the umbrellas separately. Another $400 and some. It made what I thought was a pretty good price, a lot more expensive than if I had bought locally. Should have somehow better indicated that the base was not included.

Cover included was good. Although pictured base not included was bad. At 640 feel should be included. Still working on putting together. So far pretty easy. Will have at least another 110 in base and sand. Base I put on hold with you for open box at 61 was raised to 71 and later canceled even though order was accepted.

Amazing, it's super easy to open it ! Solid and beautiful ! I recommend to anyone
