We love this umbrella for our back deck. We had issues with delivery due to negligence on the part of FedEx but were able to work with Wayfair to get a replacement sent. The umbrella was relatively easy to assemble although it was a two-person job for sure. Please be advised that the umbrella will not stand up on its own without some sort of weight at the base. We were lucky that we had several brick pavers we could use for this purpose, but had not been aware of this going into the assembly process. The weight of the umbrella is too heavy for the stand, and without some sort of weight on the base, the umbrella will not stand up on its own. Make sure you take that into consideration and prepare accordingly.

This umbrella works well and is the quality I expected at this lower price point. A plastic piece that attaches in the middle of the pole was broken almost completely in half when we received it and clearly low quality plastic. We didn’t ask for a replacement in light of that. Thankfully it’s not essential to the umbrella’s operation. There’s no strap to wrap around the umbrella when not in use, which we don’t mind but something to know. We’re happy with the umbrella and it does the job, but I’d recommend a higher quality one if you want something that will last.

1010. I love it. Shipping was quick and secure. The directions were easy to follow. Make sure to look ar pictures on instructions to make sure pieces are facing the right direction. I will have to anchor it in place. Or maybe use sandbags or rocks. I’m unsure what I’ll do. But it’s definitely worth it.

This umbrella covers a large area and was very simple to put together - less than 10 minutes! The one thing we don’t like about the item is the base, it is made of aluminum and the umbrella falls over because it’s too heavy. We would recommend that you buy a separate base or consider using the umbrella in a container filled with quick concrete and then plant flowers around it for a nice addition to your deck.
