The first one we received was an obvious return. Nothing was in plastic, their were stains on the cloth material, and rust spots on the metal. Wayfair sent a second one that WAS new. Installation was decently easy between my wife and I. Maybe 30-45 minutes. The good: It's comfortable to sit and rock in, looks pretty sharp, and seems sturdy. The bad: Not a fan of the cushions that came with it. They come in 3 pieces (one for each seat) and it's hard to keep all of them lined up straight if someone sits down. They also don't have any ties to secure them to the frame. I also didn't realize that when I lower the back flat to lay down on it that the center bar makes it extremely uncomfortable to lay across. May be fine for 2 kids laying on each side of the bar.
