This chain came very well packaged - no breaks or cracks. The porcelain feels substantial yet not bulky. The colors are beautiful, deep, and rich-looking (not as 'bright' as the photos in the ad). We've had one rain event since installing and I really love the way all the pots are full and water is pouring over and down to the ground more gently than without the chain.
