First things first: this item shows a picture of two chairs and labels this product as a "set", but it's really only one chair with the ottoman. I didn't take points off for that, however [though it was confusing]. Other people have said that the construction was easy - we did not have a similar experience at all. The way the holes for screws were placed were incredibly inconvenient to reach, especially because you can't take off the material covering the chair to put them in. Once it was finally put together, the consensus was that it felt "okay" to sit in, though it looked kind of sad and crumpled compared to the product images.

This camping chair sofa set is great. It is made of sturdy fabric with solid metal supports, and assembly is very easy. I do wish the chair had armrests. Even so, this camp chair and footstool will last a long time due to the quality of the materials it is made from.

Packed well. I was a bit disappointed at first because of the picture showing two sets, I thought it has two sets. It's only one. The set is the chair and the ottoman so just wanted to make that clear for all. I think the description may have been updated to clarify that. The ottoman is already put together and folds. You do have to do assembly on the chair by putting the seat material on the frame. It was a bit tricky for me to see how to do it at first, but after I figured it out, it was fairly easy for one person to do it. The hole on the frame does go all the way through for the screw, but you need to twist it so it's visible which took a bit of effort. The instructions were very poor IMO. The material and frame look to be quality. Material is breathable and should dry quickly if wet. There are no cup holders. Both the chair and ottoman fold up for easy storage or transport. It is comfortable and will work well on the beach our next trip.

This chair and foot rest are pretty comfortable. They're soft and breathable. Just to clarify anything in the description- this comes with one chair and one foot rest. It seems sturdy and built well so far. The foot rest folds up easily to be set aside. The chair is comfortable even though there are no arm rests. The top back of the chair doesn't get as wide and flat as it shows in the product photos. Depending on how you sit in it, the vertical bars do sometimes fold in a little bit into your shoulders. There are no cup holders or little storage pockets like some outdoor chairs have to stick your phone in. Still, it is a comfortable outdoor chair. It hasn't gotten wet yet but it does seem like this material will dry quickly.

Well, wavering between a 3 star and 4 star. This chair is something my husband selected and hes pretty happy with it. I personally think it should be a 3. Its sturdy, but you have to figure out how to put it together because the instructions are pretty awful. The instructions do not say there are small slits in all the seams to fit the screws through. We fortunately figured it out...however the fabric is not forgiving and had been sewn ever so slightly off. Had to break out a seam ripper to get the screw to go through. It was very cumbersome to assemble and takes 2 people. If you have ever seen the Peanuts Thanksgiving episode of Snoopy wrestling with a lawn chair, that will give you an idea as to how it went. In my opinion, for the retail price, it should be fully assembled. All that said, my husband thinks its super comfortable and didnt get knocked in the head by the frame as many times as I did during assembly so he is sticking with a 4. Thankfully, the foot stool came assembled. Belle the cat likes it and gives it a 5....so, 4 it is. Good luck with assembly if you purchase this!
