We've had windsocks with the streamers and they get all frayed and tangled. We're on Lake Michigan so we have heavy winds at times. The cone is the way to go and this one seems to be sturdy and of good quality. Only time will tell.

Very pretty and colorful windsock. I like this style of wind sock because it can hold up better in high winds. It doesn’t fall apart and not having any “tails or streamers” which become shabby and frayed looking after awhile.
