Edit: after a final call with customer support, they were able to resolve the matter. Still wasted quite a bit of time trying to resolve this, but raising the rating here. Item arrived missing the lower pole portion and connecting sleeve. After four separate support requests and over a month of waiting, this item is still unusable, and now is not returnable. Would absolutely not recommend.

It looks beautiful on the deck over our sectional. The cantilever umbrella covers the sectional perfectly. We can sit on the sectional while it is raining and the cushions stay dry. Getting lots of compliments.

Love the umbrella! We had an issue with a part that broke and customer service was EXCELLENT! So easy to communicate with and quick to help!

Great quality product and covers a lot of shade.

The umbrella is great. Large in size and attractive. The assembly was a 2 person job at times and there was a point when the arm extensions had to be put on and the instructions should have mentioned that it would be a tight fit and might require force or maybe a hammer to help to slide together. Also the umbrella is a material I wasn’t expecting. I guess I was expecting more of a cloth but it’s attractive and we shall see how it holds up to the Las Vegas sun. One last thing. Wheels under the base to help with moving it would be nice because once you fill it with water there is no moving it without draining the water. And finally, giving a demonstration that has some walls or something would be nice so people who have walls or patio tops k ow that in order for the umbrella arms to open there is some clearance around the umbrella to open. Just some dadi or suggestions.
