Works perfect. Filled it with sand and our cantilever umbrella had never moved even on windy days up on our pool deck

Bought one of these two years ago, 2 parts started leaking water this summer so bought another one. It seems like they last about 2-3 years, I’m not sure if filling with sand would improve their longevity.

Does the job. We fill with water.

You obviously will have to buy your own sand, but I have had this base for YEARS and it is the BEST support for my patio umbrella! It has also survived ALL Arkansas seasons

there is no where on the stand to hold the umbrella. in the pic there is a piece that goes in the middle of this stand but it is not included. can someone please tell me how they put their umbrella in this stand as these is no hole to load it into. support has been ridiculously inadequate. don't buy this if you want to put an umbrella in it. thanks Wayfair for selling me an umbrella and a stand that I cannot use.
