The weights were ok but it would help to know what weight whether water or sand would total in each section. And one section had a pin hole at the neck of the entry and the water that leaked. I tried to fix it with glue and tape. I filled mine with water but sand would not be a problem. So overall ok and it is necessary for the umbrella.

Perfect fit for this style of umbrella stand, durable thick plastic. I forgot to empty the water from them last winter, and they are not stretched out or deformed at all (but I did make sure to leave some headroom in them when originally filling as well). Pins were kind of a pain to get in, especially the last one, but very doable and secure.
