Looks good on the back deck and shades most of the area. Fabric is thick and definitely blocks sun. Tilt works smoothly and so does the crank. If you over crank in one direction, it will cause the umbrella to go opposite of what you want. If you want it up and over crank when you reach the top, it will begin to come down and vise versa. Happy with purchase, especially the sale price I got it at!

How do I love thee, let me count the ways…. This umbrella is amazing! I bought the yellow one and I just cannot get over how well it’s stood up to the wind coming off our back property. Now, it’s not going to withstand 25 mile or more wind gusts but it’s perfect for anything under that and doesn't buckle or move when it is windy out. Buy it!
