Terrible. This says the supplier is Faizon but its actually a Purple Leaf umbrella. Three small plastic parts on 1 arm of the umbrella that secure the material to the structure failed out of the box so i have a 11 ft broken umbrella. I tried repeatedly to get parts replaced. 1st they sent a 90 lb box of metal roof material for a pergola. Umbrellas do not use metal, not the one I bought. Nor do I have a pergola. Next they agreed to send the plastic parts and pick up the roof material. Neither thing happened and they tried to brush it all away by cancelling my part order and saying someone will call me.... crickets. Horrible service.

I love this umbrella. I bought the charcoal, it is perfect for my deck. It turns so that we can block the sun at any time of day.

The umbrella coverage is great and the unit looks well. However, both water ballasts leak significantly. Unfortunately, as I purchased in the winter, I am unable to return as past the 30 day return policy.

The umbrella arrived in a broken package but was intact once opened. It was so heavy we could not manage it alone and had to ask for help. When we tried to open the umbrella, it would not open and we discovered that two of the supports inside the cloth umbrella were installed crossed over each other. Once we contacted friends who were familiar with this type of umbrella, they were able to figure out how to fix this issue. It now seems to be working with no problems. It is heavy enough to survive our high winds and moves in many different directions which is what we were looking for. I think we will be happy with this umbrella now that is functioning properly. It would have helped to have better instructions in the pamphlet to show how the ends of the cloth can be undone if needed. We will need assistance in lifting the umbrella out of the stand for storage during the winter as it weighs so much.
