I ordered a certain size and Wayfair just sent whatever size they had available. I texted with customer service and they said the size I needed was backordered, but they still have not updated the site to reflect that. They are tricking us into ordering something, and then sending something different just to move product and make a little money.

It is a quality gate BUT and a very big BUT. IT DOES NOT MATCH THE TITLE!! This is NOT a 5 foot wide gate. It is just a few inches wider than the feet in total (with posts). I am saddened that Wayfair’s titles are misleading. If a gate system just wider than 3 feet is needed, I highly recommend- like I said excellent quality. As for me I now have a gate I can not use.

Held up ok. Polls spin always battling to line up latch. Good creative fix to get a door into garden without needing to custom build something or pay someone to do that.

The gate is pretty bu impossible to set up correctly. My contractor tried but the two posts are misaligned. The gate does not close or lock. Why not provide a bar at the top and one at the bottom and create a solid frame similar to those the come with ready to install door? I am deeply disappointed.
