Possiblement y avoir une demande de retour Car boite endommagée et des boulons tombe par les trous de la boite qui est endommagée Donc fort probable que lors de l ouverture de la boite il va manquer des boulons voir des morceaux Si ce n est que la structure elle même n est pas endommagée Ces a voir , a l ouverture de la boite A suivre quand j aurait ke temps d ouvrir la boîte Merci

It is a good product but upon shipping the top part was cracked, washers and a bolt is missing. The stitching in the umbrella was torn. I just assembled today so if they resolve or credit me I will change the review. I bought two and the first one is great. Second was in very bad shape.

I have use the umbrella 2 times. And now is not closing up. I cannot find any website for support. Practically is a new item and is not working. I am definitely not recommending to buy this product. Was expensive but I thought the reviews said it was a good product. Totally false!!!

Canopy came in two pieces separate from the umbrella hardware with no instructions. After 3 hours the canopy is still not on the umbrella. I called customer service and they have no directions. Any way we try to attach the canopy, it slides off. All videos online show this umbrella with the canopy already attached. Very disappointed.
