It arrived in good shape. Easy to put tougher; we mounted it above our berry garden at 6 ft on a metal obelisk. It moves in a decent breeze and the wings go up and down. The Robins so far; are not fond of it. We have an owl living in a tree at the end of our property. So far he has not attacked it. All good!
