After one year in the elements the finish has started to come off and rust is now forming on the table. I thought this would more durable!

It’s fine for the money. No tab to hold it closed, so it flaps when it’s windy. Follow up. Being that there is no tab to keep it closed, it parachuted into my neighbors yard, over my deck rail and the stockade fence. Beware
