Missing holes did the handle! Otherwise, its a great cart, but this is a big miss so cant review more than a 1 star.

I'm going on my second winter of keeping this outdoors, and it's held up great. I did buy a cover for it, and I'm sure that helps (it doesn't come with a cover). It's plenty big for all my herbs in the summer, and easy to move since it has 2 wheels on one side. It's sturdy, not flimsy at all, and can handle the weight of quite a lot of potted plants. I didn't put dirt directly into the bin, but used potted plants to keep it cleaner. Drains well.
