Happy with the umbrella so far with limited usage We have been dealing with a rusty base w/wheels so I haven't used the umbrella as much as we would like to have Umbrella Base support that you place the umbrella onto and which connects to the plastic/steel base is beginning to rust We wanted to move the umbrella and base around a 30 x 16 patio, but with the rust occurring on the movable base and the umbrella support post we are going with an in ground support

Emily was helpful in sending me a link to order the exact replacement canopy fabric for my 11 foot cantilever umbrella She also sent a you tube link with instructions on how to change it After years of sun and moisture exposure my old one was moldy and had tears The base is still sturdy and strong so replacing the fabric has made it look brand new again Happy to have my shade back on my patio

This 12’ umbrella is overall quite perfect and the cover is fairly easy to install with each use I purchased a stand that has wheels but with a foot pedal to raise and lower This base is more user friendlyI would definitely recommend this and it remains quite stable on breezy days with just dry sand in the base (though wet sand is probably advisable)

We purchased 2 umbrellas and covers along with the steel plates to install on a wood deck These umbrellas and covers are the best umbrellas we have ever purchased They are very sturdy and well made and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product
