This came damaged and one of the screw holes is damaged and won’t allow their own hardware to work. The instructions aren’t great either. Disappointing how messed up the pieces are for how expensive it is. expensive it

We just got new siding and I was too nervous to drill into it to attach the mailbox. So I decided to get this and mount the mailbox to it. It was packaged really well and sturdy once put together. The only issue…is that the directions didn’t exactly match the item I was trying to put together. I had to backtrack once and then just used common sense to out the rest together.

Looks just like the photos and nice big planting area too.

It looks great however the instructions included were terrible. They had incorrect labels compared to the actual pieces for the sides of the box. They show screws going in from the outside when they can only be put in from the inside, the bolts are built in which better than adding bolts that is shown. The slats are nice and close so it creates a nice privacy screen I also didn’t put the caps on the bottom poles and instead put stakes in the ground and slid the poles over top to hold it nicely into the ground.
