These stands are barely 1 year old & do not withstand the wind. The weld broke on one of them & are very wobbly; we are in the process of replacing them with a concrete base instead through Wayfair - hopefully these will work better on the playground.

This umbrella base is perfect...heavy enough to hold the umbrella still, broad-based to provide maximum stability, low-profile to allow you to slide the base under furniture. I have a small round table with a hole in it for the umbrella pole (also from Wayfair), and all four table legs sit nicely on the umbrella base. Very happy with this purchase.
